MORE COURTS FOR ST GEORGE – SUPPORT THE JUBILEE STADIUM PROJECT

St George Dragons new Jubilee Stadium

St George Basketball is proudly supporting the redevelopment of Netstrata Jubilee Stadium (home of that OTHER St George team, the @nrl_dragons … 😉) into a sports and community precinct which will benefit grassroots sports clubs like us, and the wider local community. We’re calling on all of our Saints Family (plus your friends and family) to sign the petition to show your support.

The redevelopment will include:
• Multi-purpose indoor courts – which St George Basketball can use for our development programs and competitions, (plus sports like netball, table tennis and badminton too)
• New grandstands and a field for all football codes
• An aquatic facility with 50m and 25m indoor pools
• Space for exhibitions, markets and community services.

It’s not just the court – this transformation will benefit all local sports by providing game day and state of the art training facilities, gym and rehab areas, plus sports science services – with services available for everyone from juniors right through to rep players and professionals.

Southern Sydney has missed out for too long on our own piece of sporting grandness, and so we think it’s time for the NSW Government to fund the redevelopment of Netstrata Jubilee Stadium to create a sports and community precinct for current and future generations.
